Kim Martin

Kim Martin is a twenty years veteran in the commercial real estate industry and brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of marketing and management.

Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 she joined Haydn Cutler Company as Assistant Property Manager.  She was responsible for the leasing and management of over fifty shopping centers throughout the State of Texas.

In 1983, she moved to East Texas and supervised the commercial real estate division of Ben Fitzgerald Commercial Real Estate.  Upon returning to Fort Worth in 1985, Kim became the marketing representative of one of the first "power centers" in Tarrant County for Woodmont Corporation.

Ms. Martin has a proven track record in leasing, managing and the sales of shopping centers, garden offices, and high rise office towers, and industrial properties.  She has exclusively marketed over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property.

Kim Martin currently serves on the Executive Board of The Child Study Center.  Kim was named one of Tarrant Most Influential Women in 1998, and she was named in the "Top 40 under 40” of up and coming young business leaders of Tarrant County in 1994 by the Business Press.

She received the Past President Award for serving as the President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) for two years after having served on the Board of Directors for four years.

She is also a member of Junior Women's Club and Colonial Country Club.  She completed the Fort Worth "Cowtown Marathon" in 1989, 1993 and 1999, the New York Marathon and Dallas White Rock Marathon in 1996.
