Pam Manning, Agent

Pam Manning has been a member of the Kim Martin Company team for over 5 years. She has worked in an administrative capacity and in property management prior to becoming an agent for Kim Martin. She has established herself through her commitment to providing the highest possible level of service and dedication to strong ethical values which has helped her to build a loyal clientele and strong referral base. Her current area of focus is project leasing, tenant representation, site selection and development.

She highly values the relationships she has been able to build. She has worked with numerous national tenants such as Subway, Snap Fitness, Metro PCS, Little Caesar’s Pizza, ICI Paints, Dominos, Payless, Dollar Tree, Citifinancial and more. She enjoys working with local business men and women just as much as the nationals and has successfully brokered numerous start ups and second locations such as Fitness 2000, Wasabi, Sushi, Tokyo Steakhouse and Bonzai Cycle Werx to name a few. Pam is well versed in the Fort Worth office market as well and has negotiated leases ranging from 250s.f. to the 10,000 square foot penthouse at the Sinclair building.

Prior to her career in real estate Pam worked in the travel and tour industry. Previous employment includes American Airlines, Moore Travel Agency and a position as the recreation, travel and tour director at Zaragoza Air Base, Spain.

Pam is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She participates in volunteer activities at Arlington Classics Academy, and has formerly served on the executive board for three different MISD schools as well as serving on committee positions for her local homeowners association. She currently resides in Mansfield, TX with her husband and two sons.
